Brownies Cake Tower

Pure! Chocolate! Heaven! Simple, easy-to-make decadent brownies pack a serious chocolate punch! Brownies that stacked in a tower! Perfect for any occasion and celebration! No need for chocolate to make these delicious brownies.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup 8oz/240g unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons (30ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 light brown sugar
4 large eggs, at room temperature
2 tsp pure vanilla extract / paste
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup ( 125gm ) all purpose flour
1 cup (100g) good quality, unsweetened cocoa powder
Chocolate coin or nuts of your favorite

Note:

Do NOT over beat your batter once the flour and cocoa powder are added. That creates air pockets in the batter which will give you cake-like textured brownies.
Please try not to over bake them. Set a timer if you need too. I like mine at exactly 20 minutes in an 28x9x4 inch pan. You can go a little bit over if you like them set a bit more. Remember, they will continue to bake slightly in the hot pan once pulled out of the oven,

BAHAN-BAHAN

1 cawan 8oz / 240g mentega tanpa garam, cair
2 sudu besar (30ml) minyak sayuran
1/2 cawan gula putih
3/4 gula perang ringan
4 biji telur besar, pada suhu bilik
2 sudu kecil ekstrak / pes vanila
3/4 sudu teh garam
1 cawan (125gm) tepung serba guna
1 cawan (100g) serbuk koko tanpa gula berkualiti tinggi
Coklat koin atau kacang kegemaran anda.

Nota:
JANGAN kacau adunan anda lama sebaik sahaja tepung dan serbuk koko ditambahkan. Cuba jangan bakar lama.Tetapkan pemasa jika anda memerlukannya juga. Saya bakar tepat pada 20 minit dalam loyang 28x9x4 inci. Anda boleh bakar sedikit jika anda mahu mantap sedikit lagi. Brownies akan terus masak sedikit di dalam loyang panas setelah keluar dari oven.
