Carrot Kara Paniyaram

This Carrot Kara Paniyaram is so delicious and it looks as cute as it tastes. Slightly golden and crispy on the outside and soft, spongy and tangy inside. With a little tomato, coconut or sambar by the side, you can never keep count of how many you have ate.
I prefer using the non stick kuzhi paniyaram pan as it consumes less oil and also making paniyaram is a wonderful way to use up any left over Tosai & Idlli batter without wasting it.

3 tbsp grated carrots
3 shallot – 25gm
1/2 Green Chili – 10gm ( add more if want spicy.
Few Curry leafs
1 tsp chopped coriander Leafs
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dhall


3 sudu besar lobak merah parut
3 biji bawang merah – ( 25gm )
1/2 Cili Hijau – 10gm (tambah lagi jika mahu pedas.
Sedikit daun kari
1 sudu kecil daun ketumbar cincang
1/2 sudu kecil biji sawi
1/2 sudu kecil urad dhall
