Chicken Tikka Kebab

Chicken Tikka Kebab – This fancy version of classic chicken tikka is way more exciting. These are little chicken kebabs, marinated in a spicy yoghurt mixture for several hours – They just melt in mouth and tastes delicious!
Normally, these kebabs are made in tandoor over charcoal. But you can also make them in the oven, grill or broil.
Serve these kebabs hot with Mint Sauce and Garlic Sauce.

Mint Sauce & Garlic Sauce :

Note : Marinate the chicken a day ahead, cover and chill.

400gm chicken breast ( cubed )


2 clove garlic ( 10gm )
2 Green Chili ( 20gm )
1 inch Ginger
1/2 cup coriander Leaf
1/4 cup mint Leaf
1/4 cup cooking cream
1tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala

Marinate Chicken

Blended Ingredients
2 tbsp Yogurt
1/2 Lemon Extract ( 1 tbsp )
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tbsp Olive Oil
melted butter for grill

Daging ayam 400gm (potong dadu)

Bahan Kisar

2 ulas bawang putih (10gm)
2biji Cili Hijau (20gm)
1 inci Halia
1/2 cawan daun ketumbar
1/4 cawan daun pudina
1/4 cawan krim masak
1 sdt jintan putih
1 sudu kecil garam masala

Perap Ayam
Bahan Campuran

2 sudu besar Yogurt
Lemon Ekstrak – 1 sudu besar
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili merah
1 sudu kecil serbuk paprika
1 sudu besar Minyak Zaitun
mentega cair untuk grill
