Jelita Butter Cake

Jelita Butter Cake is soft and tender that’s bursting with vanilla flavor. Please use vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract for best taste. This cake recipe is easy to make because just add all once except melted butter and whisk until soft peak forms. Lastly add melted butter and orange base and ya it’s Done!!!

The texture is same as cheese cake and it’s melt in mouth! Heavenly delicious!!

220 gm unbleached cake four ( normal cake flour also can )
160gm melted unsalted butter
30gm ovellette
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt – skip salt if using salted butter
160gm castor sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract / vanilla bean paste
6 egg ( weight with shell – 300gm – 310gm )
I’m using medium size egg – if use large egg than 5 egg should be fine..

220 gm unbleached Tepung Kek ( Tepung Kek biasa pun boleh guna )
160gm mentega cair
30gm Ovellet
1 tsp serbuk penaik
1/4 sudu kecil garam – langkau garam jika menggunakan mentega bergaram
160gm Gula kastor
1 sudu kecil ekstrak vanila / pes vanila
6 biji telur ( 300gm – 310gm )
Saya menggunakan telur bersaiz sederhana – jika menggunakan telur besar.. 5 biji telur cukup.
