Orange Jelita Cake

Orange Jelita cake is soft and tender that’s bursting with orange flavor. This cake recipe is easy to make because just add all once except melted butter and whisk until soft peak forms. Lastly add melted butter and orange base and ya it’s Done!!!
The texture is same as cheese cake and it’s melt in mouth! Heavenly delicious!!

225gm unbleached cake four
160gm melted unsalted butter
35gm ovellette
50gm milk
1/4 tsp salt – skip salt if using salted butter
160gm castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp orange sweetened base ( juice )
6 egg ( weight with shell – 350 to 360gm )
I’m using medium size egg – if use large egg than 5 egg should be fine..

225gm unbleached Tepung Kek
160gm mentega cair
35gm Ovellet
50gm susu
1/4 sudu kecil garam – langkau garam jika menggunakan mentega masin
160gm Gula kastor
1 sudu kecil ekstrak vanila
4 sudu besar asas manis oren (jus) – Saya mengunakan Oren Jus Amway
6 biji telur (berat dengan cengkerang – 350 hingga 360gm)
Saya menggunakan telur bersaiz sederhana – jika menggunakan telur besar.. 5 biji telur cukup.
