Pasiparupu Sothi | Moong Dal Sothi is
Sri Lankan traditional vegetarian Sothi.
Good to go with white rice, idiyapam or Iddl,Tosai. Even with any type sambal!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Moong Dal ( Pasiparupu )
250gm – 1 coconut – grated
270gm tomato
120gm onion
3 clove garlic
1 red chilli – 20gm
1 green chili – 20gm
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 1/2 coriander powder
1 inch cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Salt
Coriander Leaves
1/2 lemon extract

Bahan-bahan

1/2 cawan Moong Dal (Pasiparupu)
250gm – 1 kelapa – parut
270gm tomato
Bawang 120gm
3 ulas bawang putih
1 cili merah – 20gm
1 cili hijau – 20gm
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
1 1/2 serbuk ketumbar
1 inch kayu manis
1 1/2 sudu kecil biji adas
Garam
Daun ketumbar
1/2 ekstrak lemon
