Sardine Moringa Curry

This is my own version of Sardine Curry.
I add moringa drumsticks as it’s give more taste and it’s healthy as well. You may skip moringa if don’t want to add.. Still taste delicious!

1 tin Big Sardine
200gm Moringa Drumstick
1 tbsp Tamarind pulp + 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup grated coconut + 1/2 cup water
2 tomatoes – blend
10 shallot – 100gm
10 clove garlic – 65gm
1 Green Chili
2 big potatoes
1 1/2 tsp fenugreek
1 tsp mustard seeds
Few Curry leafs
Coriander Leafs
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Curry masala
3 tbsp fish curry powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
3 cup hot water


1 tin sardin besar
200gm buah kelor
1 sudu besar asam jawa + 1/2 cawan air
1/2 cawan kelapa parut + 1/2 cawan air
2 biji tomato besar – kisar
10 biji bawang merah kecil – 100gm
10 ulas bawang putih – 65gm
1 btg Cili Hijau
2 ubi kentang besar
1 1/2 sudu teh halba
1 sudu kecil biji sawi
Sedikit daun kari
Daun Ketumbar
4 sudu besar minyak sayuran

Masala kari
3 sudu besar serbuk kari ikan
1 sudu besar serbuk cili
1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
3 cawan air panas
