Tiramisu is a classic Italian no-bake dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and incredible mascarpone cream.

This delicious and unbelievably easy Tiramisu recipe is made with coffee soaked lady fingers, sweet and creamy mascarpone (no raw eggs!), and cocoa powder dusted on top. It requires no baking and can be made in advance!

The word Tiramisu (tirami su in Italian) means “cheer me up” or “pull me up.”

Lady Fingers are essentially sponge cake batter piped into strips then baked and dried into biscuits. They are known “savoiardi” in Italian and are perfect for tiramisu because they absorb the syrup well without getting soggy.
This is easily the best homemade tiramisu!

1 cup (225ml) heavy whipping cream
1 cup (225g) mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup castor sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
2 tbsp instant coffee + 1 tbsp Sugar – mix with 2 1/2 cup hot water – let at room temperature
1 pack Ladyfingers Approximately 24 for my pan. Depends on ur pan.
Cocoa powder for dusting the top Cream.

Loaf pan : 10.7 inch x 4.5 inch ( 2.5 width )


1 cawan (225ml) krim putar
1 cawan (225g) keju mascarpone, suhu bilik
1/2 cawan gula kastor
2 sudu teh pes atau ekstrak vanila
2 sudu besar kopi segera + 1 sudu besar Gula – campurkan dengan 2 1/2 cawan air panas – biar pada suhu bilik
1 pek Ladyfingers Lebih kurang 24 untuk loyang saya. Bergantung pada loyang anda.
Serbuk koko untuk habuk bahagian atas krim.
